Seville season!

created by Matthew Cockerill

The season may be brief (from December to February), but preserved as marmalade, Seville oranges will enhance your breakfast the year round. Seville marmalade is also a fantastic ingredient for cakes, desserts (it's a great alternative to jam in Queen of Puddings) and it can be used to add a bittersweet tang to savoury dishes too, especially duck. Check out the ckbk blog for more marmalade-making tips.
