Bacon Bits

With all the leftover scraps of bacon we have hanging around in the BB kitchen, using them for bacon bits seems only natural. They definitely beat the ones you find in the jar at your local grocery store. Use them to top salads and casseroles, mix into scrambled eggs, or just keep them around as a snack whenever you need a quick pop of salty, smoky goodness.
