The name gives it away, but this sauce is delicious on brisket. Don’t let that stop you from serving it alongside steaks, pork roast, and burgers, too.
In a medium saucepan over high heat, combine the BBQ sauce, stock, molasses, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and beef base and cook, whisking occasionally, until just heated through, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and use immediately, or let cool to room temperature and store in a container with a tight-fitting lid. The sauce will keep, tightly covered in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.
