Thai Chile Honey

Adding some heat to your everyday honey turns it into a really delicious condiment that is great drizzled over biscuits and fried chicken. Here, I use Thai chiles, which add a potent, lingering heat even through the sweetness of the honey. If you can’t find Thai chiles, serrano chiles will work well, too. At BarBacon, we use this as a dip for our Kentucky Fried Bacon Bites.
