An easy-to-prepare traditional recipe with an excellent flavour. These quantities make 450 g / 1 lb.

Ingredients

  • 230 g / 8 oz ground almonds
  • 120 g / 4

Method

Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined. Shape the marzipan into a ball and use straight away, or wrap in plastic and chill until needed.
