Sweet Chili Jam

Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes


  • scant ½ cup water
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 medium red chilies, chopped


  1. Boil the water in a pan, add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the chilies and boil in the liquid for about 5 minutes. Pour into a blender and blitz. Transfer to a dipping bowl and set aside. The sauce will thicken and become jammy once cooled.
