Barbecue Sauce

Name: Barbecue Sauce
Yield: Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients: ¼ cup soy sauce; 1 large clove garlic, minced, and then crushed to a paste with the flat side of the knife; 1-inch-fresh ginger, minced; ¼ Worcestershire sauce; 1 chipotle chile, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes to soften, if dried or rinsed if canned, seeded and minced; 2 cups ketchup; ¼ cup light brown sugar
