Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the lemon in a saucepan. Add the juice of the lemon. Cut the lemon into quarters and add it.
  2. Heat thoroughly without boiling.
  3. Use the sauce to baste chicken, fish, spareribs, and so on as they are grilled.
