Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a baking casserole and sauté rice and onion in the butter for 10 minutes, while stirring every now and then.
- Add pepper, salt, paper-thin lemon slices, bay leaf, wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
