Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon
Method
- Cut cabbage into fine shreds. Cover with 2 quarts hot water and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Drain cabbage well, and press out liquid.
- In a separate bowl mix onion, sugar, salt, olive oil and caraway seeds.
- Mix cabbage slaw and dressing thoroughly. Chill
