Method

Stew 300 g (11 oz) fine Julienne of white of leek with 60 g (2 oz) butter; add 4 dl (14 fl oz or U.S. cups) White Bouillon and litres (3 pt or U.S. cups) finished Purée de Pois frais; finish with Pluches of chervil.
