1268 Tartelettes Châtillon

Method

Prepare a mixture of sliced mushrooms sautéed in butter and mixed with Sauce Béchamel. Fill into lightly coloured pastry tartlet cases and cover with a thin layer of chicken and cream forcemeat. Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven for a few minutes to cook the forcemeat. Serve arranged on a serviette.
