For 6 eggs, bake 6 medium-sized potatoes in the oven. Remove the insides and season and fry this in a little butter until light brown. Arrange dome shape on a dish and surround it with the fried eggs of which the yolks have been sprinkled with a pinch of chopped chives before being enclosed in the white during the cooking process.
