In addition to the garnishes and methods of preparation already indicated, Prague ham and for that matter, any ham served hot, may be garnished with any pasta such as Noodles, Gnocchi, Lasagnes, Spaghetti etc. These should be lightly buttered or mixed with cream, then finished with grated cheese.
All green and fresh season vegetables such as French beans, peas, kidney beans, hop shoots, nettles, spinach, lettuce etc., provide equally excellent garnishes. Care should be taken, however, to see that they are cooked at the last possible moment then very lightly buttered.
In all cases where these garnishes are used they should be served separately as well as the sauce.
