Method

Take equal quantities of carrots and turnips cut out with a spoon cutter, diced potato, French beans cut diamond shape, peas and asparagus tips. Arrange in bouquets with a bouquet of cauliflower in the centre.

Dressing: oil and vinegar with the addition of chopped parsley and chervil.
