4085 Courgettes à la Provençale

Method

Cut the courgettes into slices and cook in butter. Add one-third its quantity of Riz Pilaw and a few tablespoons of Sauce Béchamel. Place in an earthenware dish, sprinkle with a mixture of grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs then with melted butter and gratinate in a hot oven.
