4577 Bavarois My Queen

Method

Line the Bavarois mould with a layer of fresh cream which has been slightly sweetened and mixed with a little melted gelatine. Fill with strawberry fruit Bavarois mixture containing some large strawberries which have been macerated with Kirsch.

When set, demould on to a dish and surround with a circle of large strawberries previously macerated with sugar and Kirsch.
