THIS IS a classic Cypriot dish, usually made with pork but sometimes with veal. It is the only Greek recipe for meat that I know which contains neither onions nor garlic. The flavor and aroma of crushed coriander seeds are remarkable, and people tasting it for the first time are apt to think it is actually a different kind of oregano. As in many other island recipes, sweet wine or Commandaria, the Cypriot dessert wine, is used. Traditionally, this stew is often served with
