1133 Sour cream pie



  • 2 glasses flour
  • ½ lb butter
  • glasses jam
  • ¼ lb almonds
  • 2 small spoons cinnamon
  • 3 small spoons sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk


Prepare puff pastry, roll it very thin, and line a saucepan or the bottom and sides of a mold with it. Spread glasses jam without syrup over the dough. Dilute ¾ glass ground almonds with enough milk to make a thick porridge and stir in 1 zolotnik cinnamon and 3 spoons very fresh sour cream mixed with 1 egg yolk. Mix thoroughly and pour into the saucepan lined with dough. Cover with dough and bake in the oven. This is a very tasty pastry. Cherry and raspberry jam are best of all.
