Prepare puff pastry, roll it very thin, and line a saucepan or the bottom and sides of a mold with it. Spread 1½ glasses jam without syrup over the dough. Dilute ¾ glass ground almonds with enough milk to make a thick porridge and stir in 1 zolotnik cinnamon and 3 spoons very fresh sour cream mixed with 1 egg yolk. Mix thoroughly and pour into the saucepan lined with dough. Cover with dough and bake in the oven. This is a very tasty pastry. Cherry and raspberry jam are best of all.
