Ingredients

  • glasses, or bottles, milk
  • 1 spoon butter
  • 4–5 pieces sugar
  • ½ vershok vanilla
  • 1 glass cream
  • 1 lb purchased Italian vermicelli, or 2 glasses flour, 2 eggs, and salt for homemade noodles

Method

Prepare homemade noodles or use 1 lb of purchased vermicelli. Bring glasses milk to a boil and add 1 spoon butter, 4–5 pieces sugar pounded with vanilla, and salt. Add the noodles and, when they boil and begin to thicken, cover with a lid and set in a hot oven for ½ hour. Remove from the oven and spoon out onto a platter, each time dipping the spoon into boiled cream. Drizzle cream on top and pour cream onto the platter. Place in a hot oven and continue to drizzle with cream until the vermicelli browns.
