Method

Beat together 10 eggs, 1 glass cream, ½ glass yeast, 1 glass butter, ½ glass sugar, the zest from 1 lemon, and enough flour to make a dough as thick as that for waffles. Pour into a buttered baking pan or saucepan strewn with rusk crumbs. When the dough has risen, bake in a hot oven.
