Prepare a dough as indicated above in #1803, using ⅓ the indicated proportions. Mix 1 lb dry farmer’s cheese with 4 egg yolks, ½ glass sugar, ½ spoon butter, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 spoon sour cream, and ¼ to ⅓ glass scalded raisins. Spread on the rolled-out dough, which has been lightly buttered, and roll into a tube, etc.
