Ingredients

Ingredients (for 6 glasses)

  • ½ lb pistachios
  • ¼–⅓ lb fine sugar
  • ½ spoon vanilla powder

Method

Scald ½ lb pistachios with boiling water, remove the skins, and pound the nuts fine. Add 4 glasses of boiled and cooled water to the nuts, pound several times, strain, and press. Add ½ spoon vanilla powder and 2 glasses water boiled with sugar.
