  • 6 baked puff pastry squares (see method)
  • 400 g curly kale

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.

Wash the kale and place it in a saucepan with just the residual water clinging to it and heat until wilted. Drain and roughly chop.

Place some kale on each baked pastry square and top with
