I promised you the recipe here are the quantities:

Ingredients

  • 425 g (approx. 14 oz/ cups) plain (all-purpose) flour (I used rye here)
  • ¼ tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) water
  • 100 ml (approx. 3 fl oz/½ cup) beer
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
