Method

Make ratatouille with 1 eggplant (aubergine), 1 zucchini (courgette) and 2 tomatoes, all cubed. Fry for approx. 30 minutes in a generous splash of good-quality olive oil, season with salt and pepper and possibly also some garlic. Cover the bottom of the bowl with the ratatouille and thick cream.
