Ingredients

  • 3 mangos, peeled and in chunks
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) low fat yoghurt
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 150 ml (5 fl oz/ cup) skim milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp cardamom powder

Method

Purée mixture using hand blender.
