For this tea you will have to work a little first: plucking and drying rose hips. The peels of a few lemons also have to be dried. However, stored in a glass jar, this tea looks very attractive! Here’s a recipe that will make a considerable volume.

  • 100 g (4 oz) dried rose hip
  • 30 g (1 oz/2 tsp) dried lemon peel

Crush the rose hips in a mortar, thus releasing the seeds. Mix with lemon peel. For one pot you will need one generous tablespoon of this mixture. Use a tea strainer or place the mixture in a teabag.

Allow to brew for 10 minutes.
