To be totally honest I actually did not want to include a recipe with store-bought tea to this section, but I will make an exception for this tea. A friend of my mother’s gave me this recipe years ago and I have given it my own twist. Oh, so good.
Wash the rhubarb and cut the stalks into sections. Place on heat with the sugar in
Allow the tea to cool. Store in the refrigerator to fully cool.
Before serving, first pour the rhubarb syrup into an attractive glass jug. Add the tea and stir. Add extra sugar to taste. Serve with lots of ice cubes.
