• 1 tsp crème de cassis or black currant syrup
• 100 ml (approx 3 fl oz/½ cup) white vermouth
• 100 ml (approx 3 fl oz/½ cup) sparkling water
• 1 slice of lemon

First pour the crème de cassis into the glass, top up with vermouth and sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
