An alcohol-free cocktail, which I named after having had it in Thailand. For
Remove the outer leaves from the lemongrass. Cut the core of the lemongrass and the ginger into sections and purée with the pineapple juice in a blender. Then pour through a sieve into a tall jug. Serve the cocktail in tall glasses and pour a tbsp of watermelon syrup onto it. Such a posh alcohol-free drink surely has to be garnished with a cherry!
