This is my all-time favourite soup. The recipe was given to me by friend Claartje and i still make it often, This is the basic recipe, just add whatever you have available or leave it as it is. Use high-quality olive oil
Sauté 1onion in plenty of olive oil until soft.
Add 1Garlic clove, freshly crushed
2 × 400g (14oz) cans of peeled tomatoes
Adash of vegetable stock or broth, chilli to Taste & 2handfuls of old bread, cut into coarse chunks.
