No problem. They can be used in a salad. Make a creamy dressing and complement the salad with crunchy vegetables.
Make the salad from blanched vegetables green asparagus, garden peas, broad beans or green beans
(coarsely cut) raw vegetables little gem (romaine/cos) lettuce, spinach leaf, watercress, radicchio, rocket (arugula), tomato, spring onion (scallion) rings, grated zucchini (courgette) or herbs
meat or fish roasted sardines, parma ham, smoked salmon, smoked bacon, chicken.
