  • Fish meat of approx. 1 cleaned and smoked trout (250 g/8 oz) (Smoke the trout)
  • 250 g (8 oz approx cups) mashed potatoes.
  • 5 tbsp (¼ cup) crème fraîche
  • 1-2 tbsp horseradish cream
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Freshly Ground pepper & salt
  • Cervil to garnish


Blitz all the ingredients, exept the cervil & potatoes in the food processor. Fold in the mashed potatoes → blend thoroughly garnish with cervil
