Ingredients

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful fresh basil & mint
  • approx. 100 ml (3 fl oz/½ cup) extra virgin olive oil

Method

Coarsely chop the herbs and crush all ingredients in a large mortar or food processor into a coarse pesto.
