Yea, funny name! But that’s what I used to call them. They are actually peanut-raisin rock biscuits. You can replace the peanuts with cashew nuts or almonds.
Heat the chocolate and the butter over a bain-marie. Stir in the raisins and peanuts. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on a large sheet of baking paper. Leave to dry and set in the refrigerator.
