Pistachio Wafers



For 15–20 Wafers

  • 150 g (5 oz) dark chocolate
  • 100 g (4 oz/β…” cup) pistachio nuts, skins removed
  • 50 g (approx. 2 oz/ΒΌ cup) raisins


Slowly melt the chocolate over a bain-marie. Stir as little as possible. Pour spoonfuls of melted chocolate onto baking paper and press them into round wafers with the back of the spoon. Press the pistachio nuts and raisins into the middle of the wafers and leave to fully harden. Peel them from the paper and serve!
