Lebanese Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 potato, peeled and boiled.
  • 2–4 cloves garlic (or more!)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp thick yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, or more, to taste
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

Mash the potato. Crush garlic with a pinch of salt into a paste. Add to potato and stir well with pepper. Stir in mayonnaise, yoghurt and lemon juice.
