Dipping Sauce

This sauce can be made well in advance.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli powder or flakes
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Method

Combine all the ingredients together in a blender, mixing them thoroughly. Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes before using.
