This is a popular spice mixture in Lebanon. It works wonderfully as a rub on lamb and beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and use as directed. Store in a cool dark place for up to 3 months.
