  • 120 g (4½ oz) plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 130 ml (4 fl oz) water
  • Sea salt, as needed


In a bowl, combine flour and water and mix well.

Then add salt as needed.

If the batter is too thick, add more water (a little at a time). If it is too thin, add more flour.
