This four-day meal plan will work best if you plan non-pork meals in between a few of the days. Otherwise you can get a bit sick of pulled pork, even though it is delicious and each dish is unique.

Method

Day One

Grilled (or Roasted) Pork Butt sandwiches with Sriracha Slaw

Plan Ahead: Just follow the recipe! Seven to eight pounds of delicious pulled pork will give you more leftovers than you know what to do with.

Meal Time: 10 hours. It is what it is.

Day Two

Snap Pea and Pork Stir-Fry.

Meal Time: 40 minutes

Day Three

Banh Mi (doubled for four). A different take on pork sandwiches that will taste very different from the day-one sandwiches.

Meal Time: 20 minutes

Day Four

Pulled Pork BBQ Pizza with a side salad.

Meal Time: 30 minutes plus homemade dough prep if you decide to try that.
