Ingredients

  • 125 g flour
  • 56 ml water
  • 7 ml

Method

Combine the ingredients in a bowl until they come together as a dough. Knead. Roll out 10 g dough balls into thin flat rectangles. Cut 24 long triangular shapes. Deep fry in oil at 180°C until golden and puffed. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
