  • 750 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 15 g salt
  • 225 g

Method

Combine the above ingredients and reduce in a pot to form a syrup. Set aside.

Blend the remaining ingredients and add the reserved syrup. Blend until smooth and refrigerate.
