Ingredients

  • 2 lemons – the zest
  • 10 g chopped mint
  • 10 g chopped parsley
  • 10 g honey
  • 1 clove garlic – grated on a microplane
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt – to season
  • 1 lemon – the juice

Method

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the lemon juice, until well combined. Refrigerate until needed. As needed, add the lemon juice and serve.
