Simply dice a fennel bulb and fry in olive oil, add torn-up oyster mushrooms and, when cooked, some unpeeled prawns. Mix with cooked pasta and, instead of grated Parmesan, fresh breadcrumbs fried in olive oil.
And quicker still: if you have some good gravy or sauce left over from a Sunday roast, stir it into freshly cooked pasta which you also mix with fresh rocket leaves.
