This is a basic mixture which can be stored in an airtight container and will keep happily for a few months. It is excellent with fresh fruit juice instead of milk. This mixture has no sugar, as that is a matter of personal taste.

Ingredients

  • 225 g/8 oz/ cups rolled oats

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and serve with the topping of your choice: yoghurt, Smetana/low-fat sour cream, milk, honey, fruit juices or fresh fruit.
