  • ½ pound boneless beef sirloin or eye round
  • ¼ cup imported soy sauce
  • ¼

Method

  1. Cut the beef into strips (⅛ × 1 × 3 inches).

  2. Combine the soy sauce, sherry, oil, garlic, onion and gingerroot and marinate the beef in the mixture for at least two hours.

  3. Thread the beef, as though sewing, onto individual skewers. Dip into the sesame seeds and broil over charcoal or under the broiler for about three minutes, or until
