  • cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind


    Combine all the ingredients to make a smooth mixture. This glaze is particularly good spread over a canned ham before it is placed in the oven to heat.
