  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • ¾ cup diced onions
  • ¾ cup

Method

  1. In a large skillet brown the sausage, onions and green peppers. Drain off excess fat.

  2. Stir in the tomatoes, sour cream, sugar, chili powder and salt. Add the macaroni, cover the skillet, and simmer for about thirty minutes, until the macaroni is tender.
